Chris Milne is a sports physician in referral based private practice in Hamilton, New Zealand. He also lectures part time at Waikato University, and is a clinical tutor for postgraduate students from the University of Auckland.

He was team doctor for the NZ Commonwealth and Olympic Games teams from 1990 to 2000, and also team doctor for the Chiefs Super 12 rugby team from 1997 to 2003. Currently he is medical director for Rowing New Zealand. He has served as national chairman of Sports Medicine New Zealand from 1998 to 2006.
