We read Sjögren et al's1 article with great interest. The findings had much significance in understanding the implications of lifestyle choices on genetic changes. The study examined the relationships between changes in steps per day, and minutes performing exercise of low and moderate intensity as well as reported sitting time and changes in telomere length.
