About the App

The Get Set app provides the amateur and elite athlete with injury preventive exercises for a range of sports. The app has been created by the International Olympic Committee with input from athletes and an international panel of experts. The clean and crisp interface presents the user with various exercises that aim to reduce the risk of injury.
