Aims and Scope
British Journal of Sports Medicine is an international peer review journal covering the latest advances in clinical practice and research. Topics include all aspects of sports medicine, such as the management of sports injury, exercise physiology, sports psychology, physiotherapy and the epidemiology of exercise and health. To ensure international coverage BJSM has dedicated North American editors, as well as Editorial Board members from countries including Canada, Australia, Scandinavia and South Africa.

Each issue includes selected summaries from SportsMedUpdate, an evidence based journal watch service coordinated in South Africa.

British Journal of Sports Medicine is the official journal of the British Association of Sport and Exercise Medicine and has been published since 1974
