About the app

Pacifica is a mobile application that is designed to target stress, anxiety and depression through cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness and relaxation approaches. Pacifica tracks daily use and goal achievement. When logging in for the first time, and the first time each day, the app inquires how the user feels and why he or she may express that mood (figure 1).
