About the app

MapMyFitness is one of the fitness-related apps owned by Under Armour (which include MyFitnessPal, MapMyRun, MapMyRide). This app provides an integrated, comprehensive system to map training sessions and preferred routes using global positioning system (GPS) technology. It allows the user to track various physical activities (such as cycling, walking, hiking, running), obtain an extensive analysis of each workout and set personal goals. The following data are tracked live and uploaded onto the app and website following session completion: calories expended, distance travelled, elevation, duration, pace and route.
