Effect modification on multiplicative scale LPA×PRS: p value=0.662.
The analyses were all based on multivariable Cox proportional hazards models adjusted for age as the underlying timescale, gender, total wear time, seasonality, ethnicity, educational attainment, household income, Townsend deprivation index, employment status, assessment centres, smoking status, alcohol consumption, healthy diet score, hypertension, dyslipidaemia, depression, PRS, genotyping array, the first 10 principal components of ancestry, and LPA or MVPA (MVPA and LPA were mutually adjusted, but not for the total volume of PA). Bold face values indicate p<0.05.
LPA, light-intensity physical activity; mg, milligravity; MVPA, moderate-to-vigorous-intensity physical activity; P, percentiles; PA, physical activity; PRS, polygenic risk score; T2D, type 2 diabetes.
