    Also, in cities, the number of parks and pathways and their quality are associated with the higher activity (Cohen et al., 2007; Sallis et al., 2016b; Shores and West, 2010; Smith et al., 2017). These strategies will have to be effective and efficient, focusing on changing the population's behaviours on a large scale, not only in small groups (Chokshi and Farley, 2014; Hallal et al., 2012b; Kohl et al., 2012; Rutter et al., 2019). To achieve this utopic goal, we should provide people with more healthy opportunities and facilities to be physically active (in fact, to move) by carrying out policies that sustainably modify their environment (Papas et al., 2007; Sallis et al, 2012, 2016b; Stefansdottir et al., 2019).
